Our company will build the "Levendula" (Lavender) Old Age Home in the Zsámbék Basin, in Páty, in a suburb of Budapest, 20 minutes from the capital, in a calm environment, where we assure long - term care and nursing to you.

Nowadays the generation gaps, the physical and mental problems cause difficulties to several families. Work of physical and mental care of the elderly people demands tolerance, persistence and empathy which concerns each member of the family, old and young people, and even the children.

By progressing in old age, multiplying illnesses, the increasing feeling of uncertainty causes the declining of movement coordination and self-sufficiency like dusting, shopping or cooking and financing the payment of running expenses of the flat causes lots of difficulties to the older generations. Many of them feel lonely, often fear sicknesses, and think they are only a burden to their children. Therefore old people's demand for movement and their interest in the world decreases, their lifestyle dramatically narrows down. Beside the working activities young people have not enough time for their parents to listen to them about their pleasures, problems or any other things.

Choose us, as you are entitled to terminate your contract without consequences! You should pay the one-time contribution fee just before moving in! You can also move in, because if you change your mind within 30 days, we will pay the paid one-time contribution fee back!

In our tastefully constructed Old Age Home you can find one-room and two-room apartments, most of them with a balcony. Almost all apartments are suitable for two persons' comfortable living together. Disabled persons can choose from our apartments for handicapped on the ground floor. The security service operates 24 hours a day for your and home's safety. Wherever in our Old Age Home you choose your future home, 4 elevators will be at your disposal. On each level you can find nurse desks for your convenience.

On the ground floor we will have meeting rooms, so you can socialize and keep up our health and establish human relations. The atrium and the reading room will be next to the restaurant, that give place to tea parties and other cultural meetings. There will be a smoking-room, a hobby-room where you can knit, sew or talk to your friends. You can let yourself spoil in the massage room, and take care of your health in the gym and infra sauna. On request we wash and iron your clothes, clean up your apartment, but we provide possibility for you to do it yourself as well. There is a playroom for your grandchild in our institute, where you can play with them undisturbed. We ensure attendance for patients with Alzheimer disease in a separate wing of the building. The attendance of these residents requires professional medical care of a high standard and excellent doctors will attend to them and to you too.
